Pumpernickel Bread for ABM
	
	1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
	
	1-1/4 cups warm water
	2 tablespoons canola oil
	1/4 cup molasses
	1-1/2 cups white bread flour
	1/2 cup whole wheat flour
	1 cup rye flour
	4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
	2 tablespoons sugar
	1-1/2 teaspoons salt
	1/4 cup cornmeal
	3 tablespoons cocoa powder
	1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
	2 teaspoons caraway seed
	2 teaspoons fast rise or bread yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
	
	Load bread machine according to machine standards.  Use this recipe
	on the whole wheat cycle but can be made on the white or delay
	cycles.
