Angel Biscuits
	
	1-1/4 cup flour
	1 tablespoon sugar
	1/4 cup shortening
	1/2 cup buttermilk
	3/4 teaspoon baking powder
	1/4 teaspoon baking soda
	1/4 teaspoon salt
	1/2 teaspoon yeast
	1/2 tablespoon warm water
	
Sift flour and dry ingredients into large bowl. Cut in shortening until
meal-like. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to buttermilk. Add liquid
ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well. Roll out dough onto floured surface 
being careful not to use too much flour. Cut with biscuit cutter, and place on 
either parchment lined or ungreased sheet pan. 

Bake at 400° for 10-13 minutes.
