Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
	
	2-1/2 pounds baking mix
	2 cups milk
	1/2 cup honey
	3 eggs
	2 packages yeast
	1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
	1/2 stick butter
	
	Place biscuit mix in large bowl, stir by hand to loosen, sprinkle cheese
	over mix and mix to distribute cheese, make a well in center. Place milk, eggs,
	and honey in container and whisk well, heat to lukewarm. Add yeast and proof.
	
	Pour in center of mix and mix by hand or spoon until well mixed. Let rest 10 or
	15 minutes. Place on floured surface, roll out to about 1/2-inch, cut and place
	in pans. Let rise in warm place until double in height. Bake in 400 degree oven
	10 to 15 minutes or until brown. Brush tops with butter. Makes about 4 dozen
	2-inch biscuits.
