Cinnamon Rolls
	
	                Small (9)       Medium(14)      Large(18)
	Milk               2/3 c.          1 c.          1-1/3 c.
	Butter           1-1/4 tbs.        2 tbs.        2-1/2 tbs.
	Eggs                1              1-1/2         2
	
	Sugar            1-1/3 tbs.        2 tbs.        2-2/3 tbs.
	Salt               1/3 tsp.        1/2 tsp.        2/3 tsp.
	All Purpose Flour  2 c.            3 c.           4 c.
	Yeast              1 tsp.          1-1/2 tsp.    2-1/2 tsp.
	
	Filling
	
	Mix together:
	
	Sugar             2-1/2 tbs.       1/4 c.          5 tbs.
	Cinnamon          1 tbs.           1-1/2 tbs.      2 tbs.
	Raisins, Optional 1/3 c.           1/2 c.          2/3 c.
	
	for brushing:
	
	melted butter    1-1/4 tbs.        2 tbs.          2-1/2 tbs.
	
	Roll dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter and spread the
	cinnamon mixture over that.  Roll dough as a jelly roll and cut into
	slices of approximately 1-1/2 inches in width.  Place in a muffin
	tin(or in a 9 x 13 pan), cover and let rise about 35 to 40 minutes.
	Brush top lightly with melted butter if desired.  Bake at 400 for 20 to
	25 minutes.
