Country Ham Biscuits

1 cup light North American lager, such as Miller
	2 cups self-rising flour
	2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup diced cooked country ham
	Milk

Preheat the oven to 425° F. Place all the ingredients (except the milk) in
the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse to mix; just 4 to
5 short pulses should moisten and combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop batter from a tablespoon onto the
	sheet.

Brush the tops of the biscuits with milk. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or
until the biscuits are golden brown on top.

	Yield: 2 dozen small biscuits
