	2 CUPS CORN MEAL
	1-1/2 TSP SALT
	1 TSP BAKING POWDER
	1-1/2 CUPS MILK (MAY USE WATER)
	1/2 CUP OIL
	
	Mix thoroughly:  cornmeal, salt, baking powder, and milk.  Add to hot oil
	in hot skillet over high heat.  Let crust form.  Give a good stir and
	lower heat to simmer.  Cover and cook 15 min.  Serve with milk and sugar
	as a cereal or with cane syrup and crisp bacon.
