Crawfish Butter
	
	 2 pounds  Cooked Crawfish Tails
	 1         Stick softened butter
	 1/2 tsp   Lemon juice
	 1 tsp     Worcestershire Sauce
	 Dash      Hot Sauce (Crystal, Tabasco, Louisiana)
	 2 tsp     Onion juice
	           Salt and Pepper to taste
	
	Grind Crawfish. Mix with other ingredients and chill well.
	
	Serve with crackers, Melba toast, or home-made bread sticks
