Crawfish Dip
	
	 2-1/2 pounds   Crawfish tails
	 2 tsp          Seafood Seasoning
	 1              8 ounce pkg cream cheese
	 1              3 ounce pkg cream cheese
	 1/4 cup        Mayonnaise
	 1 tsp          Horseradish
	 2 tsp          Worcestershire Sauce
	 1/2 tsp        Garlic powder
	 1 tsp          Onion powder
	 2 tsp          Lemon juice
	                Salt and Hot Sauce to taste
	
	Steam crawfish tails in double boiler with seafood seasoning. Reserve juice, set
	aside. Place in food processor or blender, the cream cheese, mayonnaise, 
	horseradish, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce.
	
	Blend until well-mixed. Add crawfish. Add juice until it is a good spreading
	consistency.
	
	Server with crackers.
