Bread Pudding
	
	8 SLICES BROKEN BREAD
	1/2 BLOCK BUTTER/MARGARINE
	4 CUPS SCALDED MILK
	1 TBS VANILLA, ALMOND EXTRACT
	1 CUP SUGAR
	3 EGG YOLKS
	1 WHOLE EGG
	1 SMALL CAN PET MILK
	3 EGG WHITES
	1 TSP ALMOND EXTRACT
	6 TBS SUGAR
	
	
	Melt oleo in milk in pan on top of stove.  Soak "broken" bread 
	in mixture of milk and oleo. Mix extract, sugar, eggs and pet 
	milk and pour over bread mixture.
	
	Bake at 300°F 40-45 minutes. Beat egg whites adding 6 tbs 
	sugar slowly. Add vanilla. Spread over cooked pudding and brown @ 
	320°F for approx 5-7 minutes.
