	Microwave

	1 POUND BROWN SUGAR
	1/2 PINT WHIPPING CREAM
	1-1/2 CUPS CHOPPED PECANS
	
	Mix brown sugar and whipping cream together and cook on 
	high (100%) for 12 minutes.  Remove and stir in chopped 
	pecans.  Cook on high (10%) for 6 minutes more.  Remove 
	and stir until it thickens.  Drop on wax paper to cool.
