BAKED RICE DRESSING
	
	
	1 pound ground lean pork
	1 cup rice 
	1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
	1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup  
	1 cup chopped green onions
	1/3 cup finely chopped celery
	1/4 cup minced parsley
	1/3 cup finely chopped onions
	1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
	Creole Seasoning
	
	In a 21/2 quart casserole, mix ground meat with rice.  Add soups, 
	vegetables, and Creole Seasoning.  Cover with tight-fitting 
	lid in order to retain moisture.  Bake at 325 degrees for 11/2 hours.  
	
	Yields 8 servings.
