Chicken Liver Paté
	
	1 lb chicken livers
	2 tbsp olive oil
	1 med tomato, diced, peeled
	1/2 brown onion, sliced
	1 garlic clove, sliced
	2 tbsp tomato sauce (or paste)
	1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
	1/2 lb mushrooms
	a bit of parsley
	1/2 cup white wine
	
	Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil until wilted. Add the chicken
	livers and toss for about 3 or 4 minutes. Add all other ingredients except
	the wine. Mix well & simmer slowly for about 8 minutes, tossing from time
	to time. Add the wine and cover for about 10 more minutes or so. Season
	with salt and pepper. After the livers are cooked, set aside and let
	them cool off. Combine in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour
	into an appropriate dish and put the"pate" in a the fridge about 1 hour
	or so .
	
	Serve with your favorite "cracker" or small slices of toast .
