Creol Seasoning
	
	2 1/2 T paprika
	2 T dried garlic
	1 T black pepper
	2 T salt
	1 T cayenne pepper
	1 T dried thyme
	1 T oregano
	1 T onion powder
	
	Makes 2/3 cup. Mix in a small bowl. Transfer mixture to a small jar. Seal
	tightly and store in a cool, dry place. Use in shrimp Creole, crab cakes, or
	in place of Creole seasoning in New Orleans-style recipes.
