Here is a recipe for General Tso's Chicken thanks to REL.
	
	1 pound boneless chicken
	2 tablespoons cornstarch
	About one quart of oil for frying
	4 tablesoons oil
	1 egg beaten
	pepper
	2 tble chopped green onion
	5 to 10 whole dry red peppers
	1 teas grated ginger root
	1 teas chopped garlic
	2 tbles black soy sauce
	3 tbles regular soy sauce
	2 tbles sugar
	3 tbles white vinegar
	1 tble white wine
	1/4 cup sugar
	1 tble sesame oil

	Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces. Combine with 1 tablespon regular 
	soy sauce, 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and oil, egg and pepper 
	to taste. Toss well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
	Heat wok. Add oil for deep frying; heat. 
	Drop chicken pieces into oil and fry until brown. 
	Drain on paper towel. Remove oil from wok.
	Reheat wok, add 3 tablespoons fresh oil and stirfry onions and red
	peppers until onions brown. Add chicken, garlic, 2 tablespoons each
	black and regular soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, wine and water. Stir-
	cook to blend flavors, then add 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 
	the water and sesame oil. Cook-stir until sauce is translucent. 
	DO NOT EAT RED PEPPERS!
