Negamayaki - Sliced beef scallion rolls
	3 green onions (or scallions), chopped, including green stems
	1 cup shredded Jarlsberg lite cheese
	½ pound medium thin sliced deli roast beef - about 16 slices
	Long cut carrots, asparagus, string beans
	Low-Sodium soy sauce for dipping
	Mix onion and cheese. On slice of roast beef, place a small handful of 
	mixture plus one to two vegetables and roll up. Repeat with remaining 
	slices of meat.
	Serve chilled or at cool room temperature with soy dipping sauce.
	Makes 16 rolls - eight servings
