China Pepper Steak
	
	1 LB ROUND STEAK
	2 SLICED GREEN PEPPER
	2 QUARTER TOMATO
	4 CHOPPED ONION
	4 TBS SOY SAUCE
	1 CUP BEAN SPROUT
	1/4 CUP BUTTER
	1/2 TSP SUGAR
	1/2 TSP CORNSTARCH
	1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC
	1/4 TSP PEPPER
	1/2 TSP SALT
	2 TBS WATER
	
	Slice steak thinly in short crosswise pieces.  Heat butter 
	in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper.  Add beef and 
	brown on both sides.  Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and 
	simmer for 5 minutes.  Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and 
	green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes.  Dissolve corn 
	starch in water and stir in.  Stir until sauce thickens.  
	Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
	
	Yield:  4 Servings
