Sweet and Sour Pork
	
	1lb. boneless pork
	1/2 onion (sliced)
	2 tablespoons ginger juice
	1 green pepper (squares, aprox. 1")
	1 tomato (sliced)
	3/4 cup flour
	1/2 carrot (sliced)
	1/4 cup cornstarch
	2 pineapple rings
	2 egg whites
	1 cup sweet and sour sauce
	3 cups cooking oil
	2 tablespoons rice wine or dry sherry
	
	Marinate pork in salt, ginger juice and wine for 1/2 hour.
	Dip pork into flour, cornstarch and beaten egg whites.
	Deep-fry pork until golden brown. Drain oil.
	In a saucepan, stirfry green peppers, carrot, onion and other 
	ingredients. Heat sweet and sour sauce, pour sauce on pork and 
	granish with tomato and pineapples.
	
	Serves 4.
	
	Sweet and Sour Sauce
	
	You can use a pre-made sauce or try this recipe for the sauce.
	
	2 tbsps cornstarch
	1/2 cup light brown sugar
	Pinch salt
	1/2 cup cider vinegar or rice vinegar
	1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
	6 tbsps tomato ketchup
	6 tbsps pineapple juice
	
	
	Mix all ingredients together and pour into a wok. Bring slowly to a
	boil, stirring continuously until thickend. Allow to Simmer for about
	1-2 minutes or until completely clear.
