Crabmeat Au Gratin
	
	2 cups medium white sauce
	1/2 tsp lea & perrins worcestershire sauce
	2 cups crabmeat
	1 chopped pimento
	2 thin slices lemon
	1 chopped bell pepper
	salt & pepper
	
	1 tsp chopped parsley
	
	1 cup grated american cheese
	
	*** Mix all ingredients, except cheese, with white sauce.  
	    Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake in 1-1/2 quart casserole at 350°F 
	    for 30 min.
